Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your House of Energy purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received—NOT WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED. Merchandise must be accompanied by both the original sales receipt and a return authorization number.

To receive a return authorization number and shipping address, e-mail onlinestore@houseofenergy.ca and provide your name, order number, name of item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return. House of Energy is not responsible for return or exchange shipping costs. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. 

If the above conditions are met, and the item is in perfect resellable condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within two weeks from the day the items have reached the Final shipping destination for a full refund, exchange, or store credits. Sale items will only be granted store credit or exchange. Store credits can be used online and are to be used within 12 months of the issuance date.

Refunds will be issued and exchanged items will be dispatched only after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality of merchandise check.

Trackable shipping services and purchasing shipping insurance are highly recommended for return items.

Returned Items are subject to up to a 20% restocking and return processing fee. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to appear back in your method of payment account. An international refund can take up to 14 business days.
